How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary by province, but typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days (though Remote Northern regions may take a little longer)
Do you offer free shipping?
We love treating our customers! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD. For orders below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
Are your toys safe for my cat?
Absolutely. At Catnada, safety is our top priority. Our products are selected with non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We recommend supervising your cat during initial play to ensure the toy matches their specific play style.
What is your "Happy Paws" Guarentee?
We want you and your cat to be 100% satisfied. If a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original packaging and unused (we know cats can be picky, but for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept heavily used items).
